Regional soccer at Hays: Hays 1 - Goddard 0, halftime.
The Hays High soccer team will host Goddard HS in the first round of the KSHSAA State playoffs on Tuesday, 10-24 at 6:30 at the Hays High soccer field. Admission is $8 and $6, no passes accepted due to being a KSHSAA event. Make plans to come out and cheer on the Indians!
Hays High Debate team results at Hoisington on Saturday, Oct 21st:
Emersyn Sander and Sofia Luna-5th place.
Jacob Hemphill and Jacob Borushaski -4th place.
Alex Leiker and Everett McClure-1st place.
Team-5th in the tournament overall.
Hays High volleyball falls to Andover in two sets today in round 1 of the substate tournament in Great Bend.
The Indians end the season with a 21-14 record and 2nd in the WAC.

The Hays HS Women's volleyball team travel to Great Bend tomorrow, Sat, Oct 21st for the Substate tournament and a chance to get to the 5A State tournament. First match starts at 2:00pm.

After consulting with law enforcement, Hays High will dismiss as normal this afternoon at 3:05. Buildings were secured this afternoon out of caution but there is no need to alter the dismissal procedure at this time.
Out of caution and under advisement from law enforcement, Hays High is holding the students in the building until further notice. We will send out additional information before the end of the school day.
