Monday, March 1st is the first day of Spring Sports practice. If you have not already, be sure to have a completed and signed sports physical form turned in to the HHS Athletics office along with the signed medical release forms. All forms must be signed and submitted before participating in practice. The physical/forms packet can be accessed at the link:
