PERSONAL WELLNESS
Complete Personal Wellness activities or take advantage of the opportunities provided by the USD 489 Wellness Committee. These activities do not qualify for PDC and do not need to be entered in Frontline. They are however eligible for prizes and drawings as described here. Keep track of your Personal Wellness Activities using this form and submit it to Allison Kitchen by July 24.
Also check out the Infinitec Modules. Registration and any other requirements for those modules is the responsibility of the participant. Enter those in Frontline using the New PDC Knowledge Form.
