Welcome to USD 489! We are excited you're here and ready to help you grow and learn.
In-person enrollment is RECOMMENDED for new students to the district. This will allow for better direction and guidance through the process.
We are here and ready to assist you. Please see below for times and dates or the flyer for more details.
If for some reason you are unable to attend the in-person enrollment, it may be completed online. Link will be live Monday, July 22.

Child's birth certificate
DCF Placement Papers (if applicable)
Students who will continue to live outside of Hays, but will be attending Hays USD 489 schools MUST complete the below application BEFORE enrolling at USD 489.
